WP Engine has an exciting opportunity for a Paid Social Media Manager to join our growing team of talented and collaborative marketing professionals. The ideal candidate will have experience using social media to create measurable value and be passionate about building a global brand for an industry leader. Collaborating across internal departments, countries, and agencies, you will demonstrate the impact social media can have on our business.

• Work with Social Media and broader marketing team to manage on going global paid social efforts
• Analyze paid social media results, uncovering and applying lessons learned to the subsequent month's paid campaigns
• Identify new trends and opportunities for WP Engine to leverage in social media; socialize what content performed best from a paid perspective with the respective content teams
• Assist in creation of social content
• Build relationships and communicate regularly with social vendors to stay on top of best practices
• Contribute to other social media activities, including event activation and content creation

• The Paid Social Media Manager must have at least 3 years of experience buying/planning paid social campaigns and applying social media to awareness, consideration, demand generation and conversion campaigns. S/he must have a bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience.
• Expert-level knowledge of Facebook Business Manager/Power Editor and Twitter Ads is required.
• The Paid Social Media Manager should have experience managing the paid social presence of a mid-size/large B2C or B2B company. Proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and social analytic and management tools are a plus. Experience with, and a passion for, B2B technology brands is preferred.
