LGT Transport is an industry leader in transporting cryogenic liquids, carbon dioxide, anhydrous ammonia / liquid propane, hydrogen, and other specialty gases. We have been in business for 10+ years, operate over 200 trucks and 165 trailers across 8 locations nationwide, and are still a rapidly growing company.

This position will report directly into LGT owners and will be working on proprietary and customized enterprise trucking software. The initial product starts with the most critical component of trucking: billing, invoicing, payment and will expand to encompass a full transportation management suite. A MVP is already in progress and expected to be live by end of 2024.

Requirements

• Full-stack/front-end software engineer ideally with 3+ years of experience
• Experience building and contributing to highly scalable and reliable systems
• Entrepreneurial drive, comfort working on an early-stage platform, and interest in building tech products for more traditional industries

About the Interview

• Phone Screen, virtual, 30 min: A conversation for you to learn more about the role and evaluate whether LGT Transport is a good fit. We will give you an overview of the company and ask about your previous experience.
• Technical Screen, virtual, 60 min: A coding screen to assess basic technical abilities. We will ask about your previous projects and go through 1-2 simple coding exercises. We are looking to evaluate how you write, test, optimize, and debug solutions.
• On-Site Interview, 60min x 2 people: 1-hour interview with company owners
