Work Appropriately:
This role is based remotely, but if you live within a 50-mile radius of Atlanta, Austin, Detroit, Warren, Pontiac, Milford or Mountain View, you are expected to report to that location three times a week, at minimum.

GM is undergoing a major transformation to reach our vision of a world with zero crashes, zero emissions and zero congestion. Our Global Talent Acquisition (GTA) team is influencing the forefront of this work by seeking innovative individuals to join our team and help reach our mission.
The Role:
The Talent Digital Marketing Lead will manage and enhance Global Talent Acquisition's talent attraction and marketing roadmap using multiple technology platforms to attract, engage and build robust candidate pipelines. Primarily, this role will lead the execution of our Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) and Careers Website strategies to promote our brand, engage with potential candidates, enhance the candidate journey, and drive conversions.
Responsibilities:

  • CRM/Email Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and execute targeted email campaigns to engage with candidates throughout their journey.
    • Segment and personalize email content based on candidate profiles, interests, and interactions.
    • Optimize email templates for mobile devices and ensure clarity, grammar, and error-free communication.
    • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.
    • Drive adoption of CRM best practices and tactics across the talent acquisition organization to drive results.
    • Lead the strategy and implementation to deliver automated and ad hoc CRM campaigns across marketing channels (email, push/in-app, text message).


  • Careers Website Management:
    • Oversee the company's careers website, ensuring it reflects our employer brand and provides a seamless user experience.
    • Collaborate with Employer Brand and content teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding.
    • Regularly update job listings, company information, and other relevant content.
    • Implement SEO best practices to drive organic traffic to the careers website.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Measure the success of email campaigns, tracking open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
    • Maintain robust reporting/performance dashboards, identifying trends or concerns for ongoing campaigns and running ad hoc analyses using CRM and career site analytic platforms.
    • Use analytics tools to gain insights into candidate behavior and preferences.
    • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance campaign and careers site effectiveness.
    • Identify and make recommendations on integration between TA technologies to create efficiencies and create excellent candidate experiences.
  • Collaboration:
    • Partner with Talent Marketing teammates to source engaging, relevant content for CRM campaigns and Careers Site.
    • Partner with other functional teams (HRTO, IT and GTA Enablement) on maintenance and updates related to the talent marketing's martech stack.
    • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.


Additional Description
Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Google Analytics required.
  • 4+ years' experience working in human resources technologies (candidate relationship management, content management systems, applicant tracking system, artificial intelligence matching, etc.).
  • 3+ years' experience working in human resource technologies to create workflows or automations for sourcing and marketing to reach aligned goals and outcomes of business need.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or related field preferred.
  • Experience in managing recruitment-related content in career site and CRM promotion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills with strong presentation and listening skills.
  • Ability to interpret data from multiple sets of analytics to create stories of marketing influence in candidate journeys.
  • Strong social and communications skills (verbal and written) with excellent organizational skills, time management and priority setting.


Compensation:

  • The expected base compensation for this role is $67,900 - $104,100 USD Annually.
  • Actual base compensation within the identified range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
  • Bonus Potential: An incentive pay program offers payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual performance.
