Opcity’s matching model is based on sixteen (16) years of agent historical performance, predictive analytics, and a learning model of iterative improvement. Opcity’s network of providers, technology platform and toolkit allow Opcity to be the primary concierge for the consumer during the home buying/selling experience. We are currently seeking Full-time, highly motivated Client Success Representatives to join our team. You will be the concierge helping a consumer through the early stages of the home buying or selling process. Sales experience? Awesome, but not necessary. We will teach you everything you need to know! Top candidates must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. Description:The Agent Operations Specialist role’s main objective is to maximize close rate by analyzing agent activity, recognizing trends and determining solutions. This will be demonstrated through critical thinking, navigating through internal Focus Fire reporting and coaching agents on best practices. Through this, the applicant will strive to achieve monthly targets and objectives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Research agent activity and leads in Opcity/Focus Fire databases
- Improve close rate of leads and transactions by gathering data necessary to track and facilitate close activity
- Build relationships with agents and provide assistance and coaching to on completing required activities and best practices
- Assure a continual progression through the Pipeline of leads and transactions to improve financial return to Opcity for our activities

Working ConditionsHours may vary as many shifts begin at 7 am and end at 9 pm.
