The Associate Director, Business Development will lead our global partner accounts. Our need is to find someone with a mix of business development, relationship management, strategic planning, and account management. Digital / traditional agency experience a plus. Must be able to communicate thoughts and ideas exceptionally, be self-sufficient and able to manage multiple projects with little supervision. Must be a team player and committed to working in a fast paced environment.

What Are Your Responsibilities

• Manage 1-2 Global partnerships (from Global Service providers, Systems Integrators, Global Media / PR Firms, Traditional, Digital or Social Agencies)
• Manage 2-4 Digital / Tech / Data partner relationships
• Establish the cadence, processes and workflows for partner channels as well as driving business development through these channels
• Lead the vision and creation of new ideas and revenue streams for partners and customers
• Manage communications and activities for both internal and external resources
