The Associate Marketing Manager for Product Marketing will help support the development of key initiatives for both our internal performance management audience and external client audience for our brands.
This position is a key member of the Dealer and Lender product marketing team responsible for helping increase client utilization through best practices and preventing client churn. This position has an opportunity to work on a diverse set of projects, working cross-functionally primarily between marketing, content, Marketing Ops, performance management, Sales and events teams. This role will also work closely with outside agencies.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated with hustle and drive, and a true team player with a can-do attitude who is organized and has very good communications skills. The person will build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to develop successful client campaigns, enablement materials and programs.
What You'll Do

  • Under the guidance of the Sr. Marketing Manager, identify and execute the appropriate marketing campaigns for specified objectives and strategies.
  • Partner with Marketing Ops team as well as outside agencies to execute, launch and optimize client engagement and retention campaigns, support client newsletters, build product marketing programs, update client resource pages, help support client events and other programs.
  • Write clear, concise, creative marketing briefs with the help of the Sr. Marketing Manager that help set the stage for successful marketing campaigns that drive business results.
  • Support, drive, and report on Xtime roadshows and performance management webinars.
  • Own, update, and optimize contract to cash programs as well as onboarding collateral and content.
  • Gather and understand the performance and analytics of campaigns to report to the greater team and help guide future campaign success.
  • Develop content for client newsletters, notifications and events.
  • Assist with other projects as needed and prioritized by product marketing team.

Who You Are/ Qualifications
Minimum:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 4 years of B2B marketing experience. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 2 years' experience; a Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience; or 8 years' experience in a related field.
  • Strong overall communication ability with an emphasis on written communication
  • Self-motivated and able to grasp new concepts quickly - comfortable and confident in an ambiguous environment.
  • Excellent time management and project prioritization skills. Flexible in a fast-paced setting with competing and ever-changing tasks. Sense of urgency and a strong work ethic a must.
  • Proficient use of MS-Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams


Preferred:

  • Familiarity with technology such as Smartsheet, Monday.com, Salesforce, in app DSS systems and webinar platform
  • Experience working with external creative agencies and effectively managing multiple projects at a time.
  • Solid understanding of Marketing objectives, goals and strategies and ability to leverage marketing technology solutions to execute across multiple channels.
