Content Developer for Sales Enablement
A person to help execute our global content & enablement strategy for our sales team and channel partners through the development of sales-centric content. Coordinate closely with Product Marketing to ensure sales is able to confidently position and message SailPoint solutions to the appropriate buyers and decision makers.
A person to help bridge the gap regarding strategy and evangelization. A person to ensure the right content is being provided for sales and we are addressing all aspects of messaging the business value of identity (e.g. leading with the problems we solve rather than how we solve them or what we solve them with)
Responsibilities:
- Support global sales communications strategy including training and on-going content creation as it relates to overall sales enablement plan.
- Implement, roll out and drive new and existing sales modules within an LMS
- Provide guidance to Product Marketing so that they can develop sales tools such as playbooks and toolkits.
- Work closely with Product Marketing and Corporate Marketing to create content centered around Business Impact and Value proposition.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing & Corporate Marketing to know our buyers, including how they make their buying decisions. Understand and leverage market evidence and use to drive the development of positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers and empowers our sales channels to be successful.
- Work closely with channel management to ensure successful enablement of partners by pushing out consistent and timely assets.
- Work closely with Sales Leadership to deliver content, presentations and documentation needed for them to be successful (e.g. case studies, customer wins, customer facing presentations, training material for partners and customers)
- Understand and support our sales channels; help them focus on the problems we solve for our buyers and users; collaborate with Sales Enablement Learning Analyst to develop internal tools that will make selling easier.
Qualifications
- 3 years Sales Enablement experience with focus on content creation. Please note: prior content development samples will be required for submission at interview
- Extensive project and program management skills with proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-pressured, fast paced environment
- Global experience tailoring and scheduling programs and initiatives, including travel as needed
- Proven ability to partner with and earn the trust of sales and channel
- Proactive and self-directed: Must be able to define and scope new initiatives with minimal guidance based on field input and relevant field data
- Dynamic and proven presentation & written communication skills a must. Experience in a market and/or sales enablement facing role (ability to communicate and present)
- HTML knowledge preferrable
