Contractor Onboarding Specialist
The Onboarding team is at the core of RigUp’s business model. The role:
You will lead contractor facing supplier onboarding efforts, provide an industry-leading onboarding experience, mitigate risk by ensuring all new suppliers meet onboarding requirements set forth by customers, regularly evaluate need for process or product updates and escalate as appropriate.
Experience:
1 year of experience in client-facing implementation onboarding role
1+ year customer support background
