Customer Support Representative (Weekend Support)
Our Customer Support team is the heart and soul of our business. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be a subject-matter expert of all things RigUp. If you have a desire to help others, an interest in technology, and a passion to make the customer service experience a bit more human, this could be the right opportunity for you! You will be responsible for fielding support inbounds, maintaining day-to-day platform operations, and being a contributor in the product feedback loop. You will represent RigUp to our new and existing customers with the goal of helping build/grow relationships with users, promote the use of software adoption, and enable an efficient business through process improvement and implementation.
What You'll Be Doing
- Support our customers via calls, emails, and live chat
- Contribute feedback and ideas to the product development and improvement process
- Help RigUp's platform customers become successful users, fully leveraging the software platform
- Practice effective communication both internally and externally with our customers
- Interact cross-departmentally to ensure efficient and successful operations
- Participate in team-building and company-growth activities including strategy setting, sales training, marketing efforts and customer care
- Other duties as assigned
What You Should Have
- 1-3 years of relevant customer service, support experience, or operations experience, preferably in software or technology
- Highly driven individual with an execution focus and a strong sense of urgency
- Willing to go the extra mile with a strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful
- Experience with customer support tools and systems
- Consistent overachievement of goals
- You have a desire, even an obsession, with customer experience and helping users see real value in our offering
- You know what to say and more importantly, how to say it
- Availability some week day hours as well as Saturday or Sunday to amount to 40 hours weekly
