Customer Support Specialist

The Support team at RealWork Labs is responsible for building relationships with customers and becoming a trusted advisor. The Customer Support Specialist works with clients to provide outstanding service, handling inbound phone calls, emails, and texts.
Responsibilities:
- Display a positive can-do attitude and demonstrate a commitment to delivering fantastic customer service
- Gain a broad knowledge of our products to answer a wide variety of customer questions
- Use excellent communication skills to establish a conversational rapport and quickly determine customers’ needs
- Resolve complex customer service issues by analyzing the customer problem and providing logical solutions
- Provide clients with training on our products, and offer suggestions on how they can best utilize our products for their company needs
- Maintain Salesforce by accurately updating customer records, and client interactions occurring either by phone or email
Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce preferred
- Enthusiasm for helping customers
- Customer service or sales experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking
- Adaptable with the ability to learn new technologies, assess situations quickly, and look for smarter, better ways to achieve goals
- Experience handling a high volume of customer interactions via phone, email and text preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively in a team environment
