Security Education Lead

Reporting to the Director of Corporate Security, the Security Education Lead will own responsibility for the development and delivery of the security awareness and education programs globally at Duo Security. You will work in close collaboration with the Security, People, and ISS teams in partnership with other key business partners to develop and operationalize sustaining education and awareness programs that are effective, engaging, and measurable. You will be a primary driver behind maintaining a healthy security culture at Duo.
What you'll do:
- Develop, maintain, and deliver against Duo’s strategic vision for security education, awareness, and outreach
- Develop and meet important metrics and other success metrics
- Serve as the champion both internally and externally for security education at Duo, including representing the program at events
- Partner with the Security, People, and ISS teams and additional key leaders of the business to build and maintain a healthy global security culture at Duo
- Building a sustaining awareness program that fosters fun, actionable and effective results in driving secure behavior across the company
Skills you'll have:
- Proven track record of developing effective and enduring security education and awareness programs
- Ability to build a strategic security education program based on data and other metrics from the business
- Experience with developing and delivering content for diverse audiences
- Ability to apply threat modeling techniques to identify risk-prioritized education and awareness strategies that are most relevant to an organization
