Real Chemistry is looking for a Business Analyst to join our Technology team. For this role, we are seeking a highly-motivated individual who can thoroughly capture basic to complex business requirements, facilitate clients and internal stakeholders in defining business solutions and getting key decisions, and ensure all business and functional requirements are defined and understood by project stakeholders.
This individual will work closely with the Technology team (engineering, development, QA, and systems), and Project and Product teams (product iteration, delivery and project intake) to ensure that business and functional requirements are documented for both Account/Client approval and for Technical implementation. This role also actively engages with the Strategy/UX team to help translate strategies, wireframes, and sitemaps into programmable requirements.

Requirements:
· 3+ years of Information Technology Lifecycle Experience
· 3+ years of Business Systems Analysis experience
· Experience with Digital Marketing, including SEO, Analytics, CRM, Email Marketing, SEM
· Knowledge of data privacy and security compliance (HIPPA, GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
· Requirements Documentation
· Functional Solution Identification
· Excellent communication skills - written, oral and presentation
· Ability to work well independently and collaboratively
Preferred:
· Relevant business analysis experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology
· Experience with Content Management Systems (WordPress, Sitecore, EpiServer, etc.)
· BS in Information Technology, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or equivalent experience
