As a Business Operations Analyst on the Healthcare Provider Business you will support clients and internal teams understanding of success.  This role will also help with pre-sales and renewals by optimizing client strategies and roll out, as well as reporting success.

What You'll Do:

  • Use software tools to conduct list match analyses on large, sensitive datasets
  • Lead data import processes and perform segmentation using complex business rules
  • Upload and categorize data segments for digital marketing campaign utilization
  • Thoroughly QA campaign configurations and assets in accordance with guidelines and approval processes
  • Project manage requests through intake application in accordance with established processes and SLAs 
  • Collaborate with clients and client support teams to optimize campaign performance
  • Conduct analyses and report client successes and support sales with renewals and pre-sales
  • Deliver client digital campaign performance, channel attribution and other reports and analyses, through established dashboards and custom reports for the purpose of increasing campaign performance and driving channel efficiency
  • Database management (cleansing, appending, and extracting)
  • Provide support and guidance in the growth and development of physician marketing tools and products
  • Support team with day-to-day troubleshooting and support

What We're Looking For:

  • 3 years or more of full-time employment in marketing, PR, communications, or business function
  • Previous experience with key software platform Alteryx required (HTML a plus)
  • Ability to review existing Alteryx models / codes
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • Must be highly organized and efficient
  • Willingness to be flexible and take on multiple tasks
  • General interest in the healthcare industry is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel)
  • Marketing automation platform such as Eloqua/Marketo, Salesforce and/or Adobe Analytics) also a plus!

Pursuant to the Colorado Equal Pay Act, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company if based in Colorado. The following benefits are provided by Red Ventures, subject to eligibility requirements.

  • Starting Salary: $75,000 - $95,000*
    *Note actual salary is based on geographic location, qualifications and experience
  • Bonus: 5%
