WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON

  • You will work closely with various business units globally and interact with colleagues in the US and UK to help inform Marketing and Growth decisions on how we can most effectively acquire, engage and retain users. Your areas of work will include analyzing and modelling customer behavior, churn / retention, segmentation and LTV to support business insights and drive growth. 
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing and other business units to conduct customer behavior analysis, such as cohort and churn analysis, to explore factors that drive engagement and retention.
  • Lead analysis and/or build statistical models to understand and define Customer Segments and LTV to influence strategies on growing and retaining our customer base
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Commercial, Operations as well as other analytics and engineering teams to gather first-party data and third-party data for unified customer datasets. 
  • Support ad-hoc data requests and analysis

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
  • Experience in customer behavior analytics - cohort analysis, churn analysis, customer segmentation and /or LTV modelling
  • Strong communicator - experience working directly with external or internal stakeholders, able to clearly communicate to non-technical audience and ability to drive project to success from end to end
  • Ability to problem-solve, break down complex business problems and structure solutions
  • Medium to Advanced Python or R skills
  • Medium to Advanced SQL skills
  • Experience in A/B testing and causal experiments
  • Experience working cross-functionally in a fast moving, delivery orientated environment
