E-COMMERCE OPERATIONS ANALYST– HOME OFFICE -KENDRA SCOTT

Position Overview:
Kendra Scott is looking to hire a E-commerce Operations Analyst to help run and maintain our new e-commerce eco system to support the fast growing business. Our ideal candidate must be highly organized, an amazing communicator, and great at working with cross-functional teams on multiple projects.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and monitor order, price, payment and other third-party feeds and address any import or export issues
• Assist with testing new features and functionality
• Manage price imports, cache clearing, and post-event reset
• Modify Demandware site preferences and configurations as needed
• Work with internal team and vendors on troubleshooting production issues
• Assist with escalation process for production issues with internal team members and/or third party integrations
• Manage user accounts, roles and permissions for ecommerce platform and related systems
• Work with third party providers to implement and run additional functionality for the site
• Assist with testing new features and functionality
• Write standard operating procedures and training documents
• Responsible for training internal audiences on newly implemented e-commerce systems
Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Information Systems
• 5+ years’ experience in Information Systems
• E-commerce experience a plus, but not required
• A proven ability to execute with consistent delivery and reprioritize based on evolving business needs
• Experienced in an agile scrum project
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
• Experience with Atlassian Jira, Confluence
• Experience working with OMS or WMS
• Intermediate SQL knowledge a plus
• Ability to read and understand JSON & XML
• A strong ability to build cross functional partnerships and work collaboratively
