eCommerce Analyst (Remote)
About the Role
The eCommerce Analyst is responsible for managing operational processes for the eCommerce business unit, including annual and quarterly target setting, forecasting, budgeting, and KPI attainment tracking. As a key member of the eCommerce Analytics team, the eCommerce Analyst collaborates cross-functionally with business partners and leadership, assisting with strategizing and building out analyses and dashboards that track progress toward goal achievement.
In addition, the analyst will work closely with Finance and sub-teams to manage purchasing, contracts, invoicing, and accruals for the eCommerce business unit.
They are an action-oriented individual with excellent problem solving and communication skills, able to quickly comprehend and adapt to emerging priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performing environment.
What You’ll Need
Proven experience in an operational analyst role, including project management and KPI tracking
2+ years of experience with planning, budgeting, and reporting
Advanced level with Excel, PowerPoint
Experience with Salesforce, Bizible, Data Visualization preferred
Experience with eCommerce, Allocadia, SQL a plus
Bachelor’s degree Finance, Analytics, Marketing, Business or related field
