We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our Global Deal Desk function. This position will play a key role in partnering with Sales with their deals and opportunities and helping to drive efficiencies. Responsibilities

• Be a critical member of a global team that acts as a crucial enabler of deal formation and execution with a focus on minimizing sales cycle times while optimizing revenue
• Assist with non-standard deal requests, driving cross-functional solution
• Update key terms on quotes and review them to ensure accuracy
• Ensure that all transactions are carried out to internal policies and operational guidelines
• Work with the distributed team to drive best practices to increase sales efficiency
• Collaborate with the Business Systems & Sales Ops teams and implement efficient and automated solutions

Requirements

• Business degree
• 3+ years of software industry experience (Deal Desk, Finance, Sales Operations experience preferred)
• Experience in taking care of cross-functional deal management across sales, finance and legal
• Experience in contract management would be an advantage
• Clear and thoughtful verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize ambitious deadlines
• Enjoys working in a team environment
• Proficient knowledge of MS Excel & Salesforce
