Sprinklr is looking for a seasoned Salesforce Business Analyst to support the business transformation of Salesforce. The Sr. Business Systems Analyst will be integral to the success of Sprinklr’s Operations teams and the broader Sales and Customer Success organizations. 

As a part of the Worldwide Sales and Success Operations team, they will drive the effectiveness and efficiency of our Operations organization by driving Salesforce enhancements, changes, and fixes. This individual will work with key users from different business groups to understand current business processes and business requirements, identifying areas that have opportunity to be improved and/or streamlined, and designing CRM solutions that meet the business need and are in line with industry best practices. 

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Translate business initiatives into actionable technical requirements for our development team by developing, coordinating, and implementing a plan then measuring the overall impact and success
  • Support the Sprinklr Salesforce development team to coordinate proper scoping of requirements and ensure all appropriate tickets are open and required documentation approvals are complete for monthly deployments
  • Develop a solid understanding of Sprinklr business processes
  • Become an expert in the Sprinklr Salesforce instance
  • Drive improvements and technical requirements of associated business systems (DOMO, FinancialForce)
  • Update and maintain system documentation and Salesforce best practices
  • Define and document views, processes, fields, reports, custom objects, page layouts, and workflows
  • Assist with requirements gathering and testing
  • Assist with Salesforce configuration changes and coordinate changes with development team to be included in Production releases
  • Measure and improve the release cycle internally

Requirements:

  • BA/BS or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years designing and supporting large scale, technically complex solutions on Salesforce and associated platforms in a high-tech/SaaS high-growth environment
  • Previous experience working with Salesforce CPQ, DOMO, FinancialForce
  • Experience collaborating across multiple operations functional areas: Sales, Services, Marketing, Customer Success
  • Background in SaaS or a recurring customer subscription model company
  • You know the limits of Salesforce, the difference between what can be done and what should be done, and can clearly articulate, with technical accuracy, the difference
  • Salesforce certifications are a *must*
  • Prior experience supporting a sales field of at least 200 sellers
  • Expert knowledge of Google and Atlassian software suites

  • Communication skills and an ability to partner effectively across the organization from the individual contributor to executive leadership level
  • Aggregate business feedback and recommendations to translate into actionable technical requirements
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize multiple deliverables and responsibilities, while also leading or leveraging cross-functional teams, to deliver projects on time
  • Provide guidance and feedback on business recommendations to ensure alignment with Salesforce capabilities
  • Experience leading the ideation, planning, and implementation of business processes to enable more effective operations
  • High standards of accuracy and precision
  • Ability to think creatively and problem solve; highly-driven and self-motivated
  • You are methodical and detail oriented
