In this hands-on role, you will be a key bridge between our account management teams and the data our products and services are creating. You will collaborate with the product, operations, data engineering, and account management teams to create and automate regular business reports. You will lead and present the results of data analysis projects that will be used to drive key business decisions and product solutions.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Generate Tableau dashboards

• Lead data analysis initiatives

• Standardize and automate partner reporting

• Maintain and improve existing Tableau dashboards

• Respond promptly and accurately to reporting requests regarding when requests can be fulfilled and to what extent.

• Guide and educate users of Tableau dashboard so they better understand how to utilize the reports for their needs

• Be a data champion for our products and provide data support for day-to-day product-related questions

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Excellent data analysis presentation skills

• Excellent with Tableau and Excel

• Strong experience with SQL and large data sets

• Healthcare experience is desired

• BigQuery experience is desired

Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
