The Job At-A-Glance:
Q2 Software is seeking a Sr. Application Analyst for our Engineering Development group based in Austin, TX. This is your chance to join a high-performance team that is pushing the boundaries of technology to deliver, implement, and support custom code for clients. If you love problem solving and going above and beyond to satisfy clients and their ever-changing needs, then this is the position for you. The ability to effectively communicate with clients, developers, and management will ensure a successful career with our growing team.
A Typical Day:
Performs IT functions such as design, evaluation, testing, debugging, implementation, and integration
Develops the strategic roadmap and synchronizes with NetSuite (NSPB) and relevant enterprise portfolio ecosystems
Troubleshoots configuration and reporting issues to identify and fix root causes
Maintains currency on ecosystem releases and functionality as Q2 consumes the latest features to align the technical roadmap to the business needs
Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality, and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
Leads the NetSuite Superuser community of practice application programs supporting Q2 financial management processes and operations
Analyzes, acquires, installs, modifies, and supports the applicable ecosystem
Serves as a NetSuite technical expert, performing complex tasks such as integrations, reporting, developing workflows, data and ensuring system integrity
Technical lead for the implementation of new functionality and modules, upgrades, and patches
Bring Your Passion, Do What You Love. Here’s What We’re Looking For:
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience; or equivalent related work experience.
Expert proficiency with Office productivity tools such as PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Excel and Outlook
Advanced knowledge of applicable applications and certification course work a plus
Ability to effectively work with business Superusers, IT business analysts and project managers to ensure consistency with strategic direction
Understanding of change management principles associated with new technology implementations
Understanding of project management principles
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with proven ability to deliver results.
