As a provider of business-centric enterprise software solutions, SailPoint considers design and user experience (UX) to be at the forefront of everything we do. The job of a UX Designer is to envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and intentional. We strive to learn and understand our users’ needs, behaviors, and emotions to gather insights that inform product strategy and design. In a UX Design role, you’ll take on complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs for our customers around the world—from the first-time user to the sophisticated expert. Achieving this goal requires collaboration with teams of Designers, Engineers and Product Managers throughout the design process—from conducting research to creating user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes. At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need, advocate for them and ensure that the final product surprises and delights them. We work on collaborative teams to solve complex challenges and craft experiences that highlight our products’ unique capabilities and personalities. Our work has enabled us to be a market-leader in the Identity Governance & Administration space and we are excited to grow our team as we continue to raise the bar for ourselves and our customers.

  • Build strong relationships and operating rhythms with leaders inside and outside the core product team to efficiently implement user experiences that are cohesive, inclusive and well-informed
  • Design and specify information architecture, microinteractions, and user interfaces using participatory and iterative design techniques, including observational studies, customer interviews, usability testing, competitive audits, market research, and other forms of requirements discovery
  • Planning and facilitation of design-driven workshops to align product stakeholders with business goals and user-centered outcomes
  • Actively participate in peer design critiques to give and receive feedback fostering a healthy culture of design

Skills/Experience:

  • 3-5 years of product design experience
  • Proven track record of producing enterprise grade UX designs that led to success in the market
  • Experience collaborating with Product Management and Engineering stakeholders and experience working with collaborators across time zones
