We are on the hunt for a Director of Strategic Partner Enablement, a pivotal leadership role designed to spearhead our enablement efforts across our expansive network of partners, including Managed Service Providers (MSPs), as well as our internal field teams. This role demands a nuanced blend of channel strategy acumen, personalized coaching skills, and operational savvy, aimed at strengthening our channel engagement and driving unparalleled effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will possess a background in MSP channel dynamics, complemented by a track record of crafting and executing highly effective enablement programs. Your mission will be to recreate the strong foundational enablement framework we use internally to deliver to our entire partner network while delivering a highly specialized and customized enablement plan for our elite G5 and maintaining a hands-on approach with our top 25 to 50 partners. Operationally, this role will also be leading our continuing education for internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Use existing frameworks to execute a multifaceted channel enablement strategy that not only aligns with our overarching revenue and market ambitions but also underscores our commitment to partner success.


  • Architect and execute enablement programs tailored specifically for MSPs and the G5, recognizing the distinctiveness of their business models and client relationships.


  • Maintain foundational and ongoing program implementation to partner managers while also educating on partner specific rules of engagement for internal sales reps.


  • Oversee and cultivate the development of direct reports, ensuring the channel enablement function is scalable and operates with peak efficiency through playing a dual role of strategist and player-coach.


  • Maintain a proactive and ongoing dialogue with our 25 - 50 top performing partners, evaluating their educational requirements, access to resources, and engagement with our marketing hub.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in channel enablement or similar roles, with a strong focus on MSP models.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective enablement programs.
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and people management skills.
  • Strong strategic thinking and operational efficiency capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.


This role is for a visionary leader who can navigate the complexities of a diverse partner ecosystem, delivering both broad foundational support and deep, targeted engagement to drive our collective success.
Location preference in Austin, TX but will consider remote candidates within the US.
