Founded in 2005, 2K Games is a global video game company, publishing titles developed by some of the most influential game development studios in the world. Our studios responsible for developing 2K’s portfolio of world-class games across multiple platforms, include Visual Concepts, Firaxis, Hangar 13, CatDaddy, Cloud Chamber, and HB Studios. What You Will Do

• Supporting multiple internet service product teams delivering features to our customers
• Perform regular maintenance on platform infrastructure
• Work on infrastructure solutions for platform engineering teams
• Collaborate with engineering on software development lifecycle tools and practices

What you bring

• Proficient at managing cloud computing services with automation (AWS or GCP preferred)
• Competent with managing Kubernetes clusters
• Experience managing build systems and modern continuous integration practices
• Firm understanding of internet fundamentals such as CIDR, TCP, UDP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, and common implementations
• Ability to explain technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences
• An attitude of achievement when our partners are successful
• B.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent

Bonus items

• A passion for working in games
• Any level of Golang or JavaScript
• Jenkins or similar continuous deployment tools
• Capable with Git and ideally Perforce
• Linux shell scripting
