Director, Cloud Services
This position on our Technology Services team is supporting our Identity Governance product, IdentityIQ and is responsible for managing our IdentityIQ Cloud Services business. You will be responsible for the service delivery, services budget and engineering teams responsible for managing the cloud hosted services delivered to customers. This position is a senior position requiring project management skills, engineering skills, budgeting skills and cloud services skills. The Director of Cloud Services will lead a team responsible for delivering our IdentityIQ cloud services to customers for both our commercial and US federal customers. In this position you will work closely with our IdentityIQ Product, Compliance, IT and Security teams to ensure our cloud services meet industry standards for security, compliance and reliability.
Responsibilities:
· Strategic leadership of the IdentityIQ Cloud Services business
· Partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure the team has a clear set of priorities
· Coaching Cloud Services leaders to develop their full potential
· Assist sales with new deals, including presentations, RFP responses, security assessments and contract negotiations for our cloud services
· Ensure that services are delivered in a timely manner and meet our SLA commitments
· Work with Security, IT and Compliance teams to ensure we continue to meet our ISO, SOC annual certification requirements
· Work closely with our FedRAMP program to ensure we maintain our FedRAMP authorizations
· Serve as an escalation point for the client and accountable for remedying any service failures
· Manage the financials of multiple budgets, with a focus on meeting our exceeding our financial targets
· Provide status updates on each customer and overall team
· Execute quarterly business reviews with senior leadership
Requirements:
· 5+ years of people management experience
· 10+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company, consulting organization, or systems integrator.
· Experience with ISO and SOC compliance frameworks and participated in annual audit processes
· Experience with the US Federal cybersecurity initiatives (NIST, FedRAMP, FISMA)
· Experience with one of the following IaaS technologies (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure)
· Experience with the following web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML.
· Experience with object oriented programming languages such as Java, .NET or C++.
· Familiarity with identity management provisioning systems (SailPoint, Sun, Oracle, IBM, Novell) a strong plus
· Experience managing engineering and DevOps teams
· Experience working as a cloud service provider of software or services
· Excellent communication skills and extensive experience working with clients and partners.
· Experience managing team budgets and forecasting expenses
· Excellent organizational skills
· Strong ability to multi-task
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (Technical degree or Master’s degree a plus)
