One Drop is seeking a Front End Developer who is passionate about creating mobile and desktop web experiences that exceed customer expectations. As a member of the Consumer Solutions team you will make an impact by building new features and optimizing website performance, accelerating our eCommerce strategy in the emerging world of condition-related self care. The ideal candidate has experience delivering world-class, engaging consumer experiences in Shopify and is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. We care deeply about the quality of our products and are continuously looking to enhance our user experience. You'll make an impact by:

• Implementing development projects that positively impact the website’s performance goals
• Creating a seamless user experience for One Drop customers while continuously improving our eCommerce funnel
• Collaborating with internal teams to build, test, and monitor optimizations on the online storeUsing data from Google Analytics and Shopify to guide strategic development decisions
• Analyzing and refactoring existing code to improve site performanceParticipating in Agile ceremonies and the full software development life cycle (SDLC) 
• Building out interactive user reports and data visualizations

You'll bring:

• 3+ years professional front end web development experience
• Expertise in HTML5 and CSS3
• Proficiency in modern Javascript (ES6) and related libraries (React.js, jQuery)
• Proven track record developing consumer facing websites with a templating system (Liquid, Wordpress, Smarty)
• Experience with test driven development (unit testing, automated functional testing)
• Thorough understanding of HTTP protocolWell versed in responsive web development techniques and mobile performance
• Working knowledge in building/consuming RESTful APIs
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Data Studio, Google Tag Manager, or similar products




• Bonus Points: 
• Strong understanding of the e-commerce funnel
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and Core Vitals
• Algorithm updates
• Understanding of Web Application Security (OWASP)
• Experience building guided ecommerce experiences, including multi-step quizzes
• Experience with subscription ecommerce apps, including Recharge
