Lead Entertainment Marketplace Engineer
festivalPass, the world's first live events subscription marketplace across music, sports, film, food & wine, theater, tech & innovation and more is looking to hire a lead senior software engineer passionate about live events to develop & support its growing marketplace platform.

Based in Austin or Central Texas
What you'll do:
Work with product owners to understand desired initiatives and implement application capabilities
Contribute to the web platform, APIs and other dev initiatives
Shape and continuously improve software engineering practices
Own the craftsmanship, availability, resilience, and scalability of your solutions
Bring a passion to stay on top of tech trends, open to learn new technologies & frameworks and mentor other members of the team
Encourage innovation, implementation of cutting-edge technologies, inclusion, outside-of-the-box thinking, teamwork, self-organization, and diversity
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
At least 6 years of experience in Software Engineering developing web applications
At least 4 years of experience with Node.js and React
At least 2 year of experience with Relational databases
At least 2 year of experience with Cloud Native technologies (Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience using Strapi CMS
Experience using modern build and deployment tools such as Jenkins, Docker, etc.
