As the Mobile Engineering Team's Manager you'll support a group of highly effective engineers who are helping to democratize security. We are the most loved company in security thanks to our customers. We also want our mobile app, currently used by over 3 million people each week, to be the most loved security app by our end users. We strive to make security simple to understand and easy to use.
Your team aims to remove friction from our end user's day while adding the awesome protection of Duo's identity and access management solution. Qualifications...

• 5+ years experience leading software engineering teams with a history of shipping successful native mobile apps.
• You are technical and most excited to support people who are as well. Allow your team to stand on your shoulders by providing them with effective professional development plans.
• You have a history of supporting your teams to apply technical solutions that solve end user problems.
• You have a deep understanding of the platform & user experience, and you can help align our work to best capture user excitement.
• You take the time to understand the core business model and can make sense of the work your team does and how it fits into the success of the company.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills that you leverage to align teams, groups, and customers.
• You value automated testing as much as writing expressive clean code and support your teams in their pursuit of craftsman level execution and engineering excellence.
