WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Leading, coordinating and supervising the work of testers during audit/assessment or product analysis for the subsequent creation of a specification
  • Estimating of efforts required for Accessibility Testing, Audit, Analytics (per project)
  • Consulting on Accessibility gaps, implementation specifics and Accessibility compliance program implementation
  • Proposals\Results presentation to Client
  • Working and training sessions for the teams (both internal and external)

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4+ years experience in working with Accessibility (testing, specification, consulting, and requirements development)
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Consultative approach
  • Proactive approach
  • Development/Completion of:
    • Accessibility specification (analytics), with recommendation (+best practice) and examples
    • Test cases, checklists, test scenarios
    • Audit report
    • VPAT or customer’s reports
  • Strong knowledge of HTML/CSS, general and Accessibility related points, WAI-ARIA
  • WCAG (2.0,2.1+), best practice, techniques, and ability to give a recommendation
  • Section 508 requirements and implementation
  • CI/CD processes and how Accessibility should be integrated into
  • JS is plus for a candidate:
    • Bug tracking systems (for example, JIRA)
    • Developer tools (for example, Chrome Dev Tools)
    • Automatic tools and code validators (Axe, Wave, validator.w3.org)
    • DQ Devtools
    • Assistive technologies, including screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, TalkBack, Voiceover)
