Come join Business Integrity at Facebook! The Business Integrity organization ensures safe and fair connections between people, businesses and Facebook. We are hiring for the Integrity Research Operations team within Business Integrity. This is a team that proactively assesses risks and vulnerabilities on our platform (products and surfaces), policies, tools, and workflows, and helps deploy mitigation strategies. Threat Analysts should have a background and passion for understanding threat intelligence, researching potential exploit scenarios and investigating how global affairs and events affect communities, governments, companies, and technology. Threat Analysts effectively analyze patterns in everything ranging from complex geopolitical trends to business transactions and effectively communicate them to any audience.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with intelligence analyst counterparts around Facebook and work together to spot threat patterns

  • Research and analyze emerging trends, threat vectors, and world events to provide reports to share with relevant internal teams and leadership

  • Develop and maintain a network of sources that will provide compelling insights and foresight into emerging news-worthy developments

  • Collaborate with an internal staff of project managers and analysts to conceptualize and produce impactful, data-driven, and compelling reports

Minimum Qualifications

  • 6+ years experience researching, investigating, and analyzing trends or developments in global politics, markets, and businesses

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • Ability to deal with people of all levels within and outside the company

  • Ability to work and communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including leaders

  • Ability to work collaboratively and to share knowledge within a fast-moving organization
