The Director of Finance will build from scratch and develop the Finance department to help StructionSite scale. This person will provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and stakeholders. They will have complete oversight of cash flow, financial relationships, company liabilities, budgeting/forecasting, expense control, record control, and all things Finance related.
We are looking for someone who can create processes and put structure into place.
Responsibilities:

• Supervise cash flow, burn rate, and oversee payroll
• Manage budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with goals and prioritization of spending across the leadership team and the CEO, including applicable financial and tax strategies. Manage procurement for the company, including lease agreements
• Provide company revenue forecasting resulting in strategic recommendations to CEO, Founders, and Board of Directors
• Create a dashboard for PnL Reporting
• Own company liabilities including audit, regulatory, and risk management
• Supervise AP & AR and own financial relationships
• Put a record control and management system in place Responsible for enhancing and scaling the systems, processes, and internal controls to ensure financial discipline and the integrity of data
• Ensure that the company complies with all regulatory requirements: manage cap table and equity stock options planning and modeling, inclusive of 409a and any virtual currencies

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• At least 6 years of experience, SaaS experience required
• Experience with a high growth, early stage startup
• Finance/accounting experience in a senior accounting or financial management role
• Strong understanding of US GAAP
