Financial Analyst
How You’ll Support Our Mission
You will support and improve processes/systems within the finance team to enable our team members to work more accurately and efficiently. You will be a leader by helping facilitate cross-department discussions, projects and goals by thoroughly understanding the business and its applications.
Reporting to the Director of Accounting Operations, Blake Perdue, you will be part of our finance team based in our Austin, TX office.
What You’ll Be Doing - the day to day
· Generating all month end customer metric reporting (ARR by customer and product)
· Managing customer renewals process and product tier adjustments
· Assisting finance team with reporting and process improvements
· Monitoring Salesforce & NetSuite environments for issues
· Involvement with improvements or integration enhancements to our Salesforce & NetSuite environments
Who You Are - the essentials (Some of the things required to be successful in the role):
· Advanced excel experience a must
· Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite
· Very high attention to detail
· Experience creating & improving processes
· Involvement in software implementations
Who You Are - the desirables (It’s a plus if you have):
Non-essential criteria including any education requirements should be included in this section
· PowerBI experience
· Accounting or Finance education/background
