The Financial Analyst will be responsible for supporting Bestow FP&A as we continue to build a robust team to support the growing business. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with the accounting team and business partners to understand underlying performance drivers and to deliver timely and accurate business performance reporting. The Financial Analyst will also be a key partner in the annual budgeting and on-going forecasting process. You will report to the Director of FP&A.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Produce, maintain, and help automate financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual deliverables for key stakeholders
• Partner with Bestow business leaders to support the annual budgeting and on-going forecasting process for Bestow financial statements (IC / BS / CF)
• Perform variance analysis with thoughtful insight into business results
• Support business decision making thru various ad-hoc analysis utilizing financial modeling skills

ABOUT YOU

• 1-3 years of relevant financial planning experience
• Strong financial analysis skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle ad-hoc responsibilities
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Experience working in an asynchronous environment (e.g., Google)
• Knowledge of Excel, Adaptive Insights, and Tableau 
• Bachelor's Degree required; Finance or Accounting preferred
