We are looking for a Financial Analyst with the analytical skills and strategic thinking to help drive our business forward. This is an exciting role that helps run the company-wide reporting and forecast processes as well as offering scope for leadership of individual analytical projects. You will research and analyze financial information as well as assist in planning to help management in making well informed decisions.
Job Duties• Tracks financial status by monitoring variances to plan/forecast• Determines financial status by comparing and analyzing plans/forecast with actuals• Maintain and develop various financial models and standard templates distributed for use by all of Finance during the planning processes, ensuring quality, accuracy, and focused analytic review• Prepare financial reports, charts, tables, and other exhibits as requested• Improves financial status by analyzing results and variances; identifying trends; recommending courses of action, improvements, or changes as necessary• Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data• Increases productivity by developing automated applications; eliminating duplications; coordinating information requirements• Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data; preparing reports; making presentations of findings, analyses, and recommendations
Skills/Qualifications• 3 - 5 Years of Experience• BS in Finance or Accounting• Previous experience with Adaptive Insights or other Financial Planning Software preferred• Must have strong Microsoft Excel skills• Financial modeling expertise• Independent worker and analytical thinker with ability to conduct research, data analysis and resolve complex problems• Strong presence with the ability to interact with Senior Leadership• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude
Regular tasks

  • Monthly metrics package to Senior Executive Team
  • Run monthly forecast process, consolidation of variance analysis, and creation of CFO pack with results of actuals and forecast analysis
  • Monthly refresh of standard budget/reporting files
  • Quarterly Business Review presentations for SET meetings
  • Quarterly Board of Directors presentations
  • Quarterly preparation of IR report
  • Quarterly forecasting of Share Counts and Stock Comp Expense
  • Ad hoc requests
  • Projects
