Role Summary:

Join our rapidly expanding Investor & Wealth Solutions (IWS) business and support our team in raising capital, managing investment portfolios and providing excellent service to our large and fast growing community of accredited investors. IWS represents CrowdStreet's premium investment management and advisory services, which includes private limited partnerships and registered funds, privately managed accounts (PMA) and private wealth solutions. This is an entry-level position where you will have the opportunity to learn and develop your career by working with team members in a variety of IWS functions, including Investment Product Development & Portfolio Management, Investment Operations, Investor Relations and Private Wealth.The role is based in Portland, OR for periodic training and collaboration in our local office, with the flexibility to work remotely.

The Success You'll Build—Primary Responsibilities and Impact:

  • Track and communicate status on multiple projects and deadlines
  • Support creation and timely delivery of quarterly and annual investor reports for our investment funds and accounts
  • Monitor bank accounts and reconcile funds
  • Manage multiple ongoing deadlines and deliverable expectations with and for clients, including assisting with the completion of legal documents and collecting periodic documentation
  • Provide high levels of client service throughout the investor experience by handling or partnering with Investor Relations to provide LP communications, investor updates and managing other client requests
  • Support other administrative needs of the IWS team

The Experiences That Will Help You Succeed:

  • Bachelor's level degree, preferably in Business Administration or Finance
  • Relevant prior work or internship experience in real estate, fintech, or investment management
  • Demonstrated collaboration and teamwork with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communications, problem solving and client service skills
  • Resourceful and collaborative, can leverage resources across the function
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time and strong project management skills, results driven, and adaptable with ability to meet deadlines
  • Advanced MS Office, Google Suite, data management and analytical skills
  • Experience with Hubspot, Asana and CRM software tools a plus

Location

We operate in a hybrid work model. You can work from home in any of the 27 states where we currently have team members. You can work from our HQ in Austin, TX. Through our partnership with Industrious, we also provide access to CrowdStreet-paid, local co-working spaces.
