In the Pricing Analyst role, you will have the opportunity to help design and build Care@Work’s foundation for scale. This individual will partner across Care@Work teams including Sales, Finance, Account Management, Network Development, and Operations to conduct pricing analysis, and to ensure our pricing strategy leads the organization to exceed our goals for growth and economic health. Working cross-functionally, you'll partner to reshape our pricing processes and approaches, including working with the Sales Ops team to launch a CPQ tool. We're looking for an enthusiastic teammate that can operationalize the dynamic range for day to day pricing needs through to strategic and analytical design. 

What Your Days Will be Like:

  • Act as first point of contact for the sales team for pricing approvals, adjustments, discussions, and troubleshooting complex proposals
  • Play a critical role partnering with Care@Work’s sales leadership team to improve pricing processes and tools to set the business to scale rapidly
  • Maintain, update, and refine pricing tools, identifying and incorporating changes to sales strategies and product enhancements
  • Aid in re-implementation of Salesforce, playing an active role in launching a new CPQ process/tool
  • Perform financial analysis of anticipated pricing actions for various scenarios focusing on risk scenarios, ROI, and feasibility
  • Work on cross-functional teams to understand changes to Care@Work’s competitive market
  • Manage sales data integrity as it relates to pricing and product reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve sales effectiveness and business profitability. Coordinate cross-functionally to deliver process improvements.
  • Drive margin improvement while supporting aggressive growth in the Care@Work customer base. Understanding the evolving emphasis between growth and profitability and focusing pricing activities accordingly.
  • Apply analytical rigor to determine ideal customer profiles and profitability

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • 3-5 years of experience with increasing responsibility in pricing analysis, accounting, FP&A, or sales operations
  • Excitement to help build robust processes and scalable systems for a rapidly growing and continuously changing sales org
  • Meticulous, detail and task-oriented mindset
  • Proven experience in developing and executing pricing strategies, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Capable of running complex financial models/tools with thousands of formulas that span multiple lines
  • Demonstrated ability to apply analytical rigor to solve complex business problems
  • Advanced experience with Salesforce and understanding of other core sales tools, including experience with CPQ tools, calculated fields, custom reports, etc.
  • Exceptional financial and analytical skills with the ability to analyze opportunities with significant trade-offs and make confident recommendations.
