The Revenue Reconciliation Manager is a dynamic position that will play a vital role in administering all aspects of opportunity settlement including auditing the business, CRM and legal aspects of all closed won opportunities as well as Sales commissions plan. This role will help to implement and manage the annual incentive compensation plans, for all quota carrying roles.

 

Cart.com is looking for a candidate who can form a close partnership with leaders and other departments within the organization. Successful candidates should have strong writing, communication, analytical, organizational, process improvement skills, and a passion for driving sales operational excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the Commissions effort with the monthly commission cycle, while ensuring both accuracy and timely completion of the calculation
  • Review the commission calculations to ensure compliance with the commission plan, while supporting the exception request process in collaboration with operations and sales leadership.
  • Support and manage the creation and execution of individual sales compensation plans for new employees and market segment/sales role transfers in a dynamic environment
  • Review all closed won deals to ensure they comply with all business, system and legal requirements.
  • Enter all contract line items into the CRM system for all closed won opportunities.
  • Support the commissions and accounting processes related to allocating a certain percentage of each close won opportunity to strategic products that will be included in each deal.
  • Own the evaluation, implementation and maintenance of any commission calculation and reporting tools that are meant to automate the commission calculations and reporting processes.
  • Be the subject matter expert in helping the organization determine annual quotas, creating compensation structures and reviewing the impact of ad-hoc sales program incentives to analyze the effectiveness of compensation plans to appropriately incentivize the business to align with corporate objectives
  • Partner with Finance and Revenue Operations in maintaining monthly commission reporting and modeling outcomes
  • Support the management of SPIFF and other ad hoc commission and bonus programs
  • Providing clarity and feedback to Sales teams on ad-hoc commission-related questions
  • Partner with the finance team to drive process and systematic improvements across the Company

Experience:

4 + years' experience in a similar role

• Advanced abilities using tools such as MS Excel, Work, PowerPoint and Salesforce

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large, complex, and highly-integrated cross- functional projects,

• Proficiency in communicating project status, financials, issues, and opportunities to senior management

• An understanding of accounting and financial terms and situations.

• Demonstrated ability to effortlessly manage competing priorities.

• Bias for execution and delivering results.

Our headquarters is located in Austin, Tx at the address listed. The majority of our roles are flexible hybrid for employees who live within the cities where we have offices and remote for employees who are not located in those cities.
