Senior Director, Revenue Operations
RigUp is hiring a Senior Director that will be responsible for Revenue Operations. Our ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has a combination of sales operations and revenue management skills, has experience working in a start-up environment, and has a proven track record of standing up and designing high performing teams
This role requires a unique combination of sales operations, revenue management, and change management skills including a strong balance of business strategy and analytics, systems and technology design, process design, implementation, and change management skills. This role must also be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams. In this role you will be working to define and solidify cross-functional processes to drive efficient and scalable revenue growth.

What you'll be doing:
- Technology and Process Implementation:
- Own the design, requirements determination, and implementation of the revenue and sales tech stack in partnership with engineering and product teams
- Direct the company’s Salesforce build and manage functions essential to Salesforce productivity, including annual planning, sales process optimization, Salesforce training, sales program implementation and sales compensation design and administration
- Optimize the efficiency of the processes and systems
- Forecasting, Reporting, & Pipeline Management
- Enabling a best-in-class sales forecast, pipeline and operating cadence. This will include everything from gathering data, improving predictive measures, running analysis, and facilitating forecasting and planning
- Provide impactful reporting to support revenue leaders. Support sales leadership with weekly, monthly, annual and quarterly planning and reporting
- Partner with HR and Finance, and facilitate annual sales compensation cycle, process, analysis and overall management
- Strategy & Analytics
- Support GTM teams, including with expansion and renewals, pricing, analytics and reporting
- Manage, support and/or report on the critical top-line key performance metrics including customer acquisition trends and sales productivity measures
- Design and develop KPIs and dashboards
- Work closely with sales management to improve sales processes and to drive consistency across the sales organization. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies
- Partner with with top sales leaders and their teams in helping to drive a cohesive and successful sales strategy and sales organization
- Training and Enablement
- Lead an enablement team to create a high performance team including onboarding and ongoing enablement programs
- Work with sales and sourcing leaders to develop targeted training and sales collateral
What you should have:
- 10+ years of work experience in an analytical role, with several years of leadership experience (Strategy, Finance, Analytics, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Management Consulting) required
- 5+ years people management experience in a dynamic, hyper growth environment
- Hands-on and proven proficiency in Salesforce (maintain/update/improve processes and workflow, oversee implementation with other systems, build KPI Dashboards for key stakeholders within and outside of Sales organization)
- Demonstrated proficiency in sales operation processes and tools
- Organization and prioritization skills, and ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Autonomous, self driven, and able to thrive in ambiguity
- Self-starter; strong drive and work ethic; willing to take leadership role in driving initiatives, working across organizations
- Strong analytical and technology implementation skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, high attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint Advanced knowledge of Salesforce.com
