We are currently seeking a highly driven Senior Revenue Operations Specialist to join our Finance team in Austin. Performance Objectives
- Core team member tasked with processing closed sales using Salesforce, billing of accounts receivable using Intacct, and contributing to an enhanced revenue cycle culture to drive best-in-class results for our product lines
- Research and respond to inquiries and requests from Sales, Sales Operations, Customer Support, Legal, and Customer Access by effectively using Salesforce and accounting systems
- Collaborate with finance and sales professionals to maintain accounts receivable, ensuring customers are billed correctly for services rendered
- Generate invoices and distribute to customers through various channels (mail, e-mail, upload portal), manage account statements and balances to resolve outstanding debts or other inconsistencies in support of the collections process
- Act as a point of contact for the Company’s Revenue Team in collaborative efforts with other Company functions on company-wide projects and initiatives that include the revenue cycle
- Support the internal and external audit processes
- Participate in process improvement initiatives, along with the maintenance of policies and procedures
- Accurately and timely close the month for sales booked and invoiced
Competitive Candidate Profile
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in billing procedures and revenue month-end close responsibilities in a large private, publicly traded, or pre-IPO organization
- SAAS company experience preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
- History of being a high performer or A-player in past revenue team positions
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related discipline
- Proficient Excel skills required, must be able to efficiently use formatting, formulas, pivot tables, and v-lookups
- Knowledge of Intacct, Netsuite, Salesforce, or other CRM is preferred
- Meticulous attention to detail while also able to see the big picture
