The Sr. Payroll Analyst will be an integral member of the North American Payroll Team, directly supporting the Payroll Manager. This role will work closely with internal teams to support benefits, human resources, stock, and commission processing. Maintaining HIPAA, SOX and DOL compliance of PII and sensitive data; and dedication to teamwork are key attributes needed to succeed in this role

What You Will Be Doing:

Primary responsibilities will include

• Semi-monthly multi-state payroll processing,
• Timesheet management
• Payroll data validation
• Tax administration
• Audit and reconciliation
• Records maintenance and other administrative duties.

What You Bring Along:

• Minimum of 5 years of solid payroll processing experience with demonstrated skillset.
• Self-motivated by opportunities to gain knowledge
• A keen understanding of payroll, tax, and benefits administration is required.
• Strong organizational skills,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel,
• Ability to balance multiple priorities,
• Excellent verbal and written communication,
• Ability to provide outstanding customer service to local and virtual employees

Bonus Points:

• Workday and ADP experience
• Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Fundamental Payroll Certification (FPC) is a plus.
