What you'll do:

• Recruiting top talent for a variety hard-to-fill roles in Austin and other US Markets. 
• Creatively source candidates in a variety of methods, including social media 
• Prospect, screen, interview, and follow up with candidates during the interview process 
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and key stakeholders 
• Define position benchmarks, job competencies and candidate’s profiles in collaboration with hiring managers 
• Assist hiring managers in candidate assessments, salary negotiations and new hire onboarding 
• Support the strategic direction and growth objectives of Cision 
• Build rapport with leadership and support all assigned departments within Cision 
• Partner with hiring managers to develop, implement and execute recruiting initiatives

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred 
• 0-1+ years of recruiting, sales, or admissions experience in a fast-paced environment
• Experience recruiting for sales professionals a plus 
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with tight deadlines 
• Personable, competitive, & tenacious 
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills 
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills
