We are seeking a Sr Manager, People Partner to support our Technology organization, acting as a true business partner to the Product and Engineering teams that make up our Tech organization. You will be a trusted advisor to managers, as well as work collaboratively with COEs within the People Team to develop and implement programs and initiatives designed to support business objectives and elevate the employee experience.

Reporting to the Sr Director, People Leader for Global Technology you will be a key member of the Technology People Team collaborating with your International counterpart and others across our global people team. Your focus will be on designing and operationalizing the Tech talent strategy for Babylon

WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

• Career planning, performance management, compensation and rewards, employee relations, employer value proposition, data driven decision making, learning and development, inclusion and diversity, org design, succession planning, and employee engagement.
• Identify and surface trends in both qualitative and quantitative data to help improve organizational health and effectiveness
• Understand when data will assist in making informed decisions.
• Interpret data and tie metrics to business and org strategy.
• Collaborate and consult with key stakeholders to deliver on talent strategy
• Provide guidance to managers on org design and resource planning
• Act as a local SME for talent and people matters within Tech
• Coach and guide managers on people topics in order to drive business results
• Consult and advise on complex ER issues.
• Influence and build relationships at all levels throughout Tech Grow and develop manager skills and capabilities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Significant experience operating as a strategic HR business partner to leaders in a fast paced, high growth Technology organization
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition and talent development and how to build career pathways
• Experience working as part of a global people team
• Ability to solve complex problems with agility and speed
• Deep capability and experience coaching and advising people managers on how to grow and develop talent within their team.
• Experience partnering with leaders in the design of teams and orgs to deliver on business results
• Excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to leverage data to influence
• Proven track record developing and operationalizing people initiatives in a collaborative way and with a goal of global scalability
