Director of Recruiting (Austin)
Moov Technologies is a data-driven, B2B managed marketplace for trading manufacturing equipment. Our mission is to create the world's largest, fastest, and most transparent ecosystem for buying and selling complex manufacturing equipment. We operate in the multi-billion dollar semiconductor space, with demand growing exponentially due to the global chip shortage. We are a well-funded, revenue-generating company with two offices in the United States and a global presence. We are funded by some of the leading investors in the world, including Tiger Global and NFX.
About the role
The single most important lever for Moov’s growth is the sourcing, recruitment, and retention of stellar talent across our teams. We are hiring aggressively across all functions going into 2023. While doing so, it’s imperative we maintain a laser focus on candidate quality, candidate experience, and process efficiency.
As the Director of Recruiting and the senior-most person in the function you will own the crafting and implementation of the strategy, processes, and products to help drive our growth. You will have the agency to define short and long-term talent objectives - working closely with peers and leaders across the company. You will have the opportunity to scale the existing recruiting team based on our growing needs.
Most importantly, you will be front and center of taking Moov to the candidate market, and actively sourcing top tier talent.
The Director of Recruiting will report to the Head of Operations, and will be an essential partner to all business functions from both a strategy and also an operational perspective. This is an in-office role with some flexibility, in either our Tempe, AZ or Austin, TX locations.
