Reporting to the Vice President of Talent, this position will serve as the global talent partner for the business supporting the VP Sales, VP Innovation, VP Operations and Head of e-Commerce. This role will serve as the primary interface with leaders to provide solutions and advise on a wide range of both strategic and day-to-day Talent matters. The Talent Partner operates as a “business partner” and serves as a credible, trusted advisor to provide solutions and recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness and ultimately drive improved business outcomes.

We are seeking a well-rounded Talent professional who has extensive experience working in high-quality environments where Talent plays an integral role in the execution of the business strategy. Working in partnership with our COEs (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Employee Experience) this individual will possess a global & regional perspective who can draw upon their professional breadth and depth, as well as their ability to influence and inspire (requiring exceptional communication skills) to measurably contribute and accelerate the achievement of our business objectives.

Primary Responsibilities

  • This individual will work side-by-side with their business executives driving business results by leveraging Organizational Effectiveness (OE) and drawing upon extensive business and HR acumen.
  • Provide advice, coaching and counsel as a partner to the business leaders and client groups.
  • Move proactively and decisively to drive talent capabilities by working to consistently elevate hiring and performance standards.
  • Implement process improvements and driving new programs across the organization.
  • Roll up your sleeves working with our senior leaders and their teams to establish, deploy and execute new business processes, strategy and capabilities.
  • Support M&A, integrations, and reorganization activities as required.

Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources management, organizational develop or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA preferred.
  • 15+ years of progressive human resources leadership experience in high growth innovative companies known for having best-in-class, high-impact human resources functions.
  • A track record of driving results by leveraging superior influence management skills rather than by mandate or authority. Positive, collaborative orientation.
  • Experience and creativity in driving organizational capability by effectively leading practical and actionable programs to recruit, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Subject matter expertise across the full range of human resources sub-functions.
  • A track record of implementing practical policy and governance protocols, with adaptability and flexibility to find creative solutions and meet new and changing business needs of the organization, without becoming bureaucratic.
  • A high degree of strategic orientation and business acumen and the ability to participate in the stewardship of the organization.
  • The stature, courage and integrity to deliver frank and constructive feedback and coaching to senior level executives.
  • Superior communication skills and the confidence to state a leadership position without regard to any personal agenda.
  • Experience in assimilating to a new company and track record of rapidly gaining insight and credibility in order to achieve results. Willingness to push for change while understanding and respecting the company, its history and culture.
  • Specific depth in organizational effectiveness and talent management will be requirement.
  • Experience successfully managing change and promoting innovation and continual improvement.

  • Have a point of view and the confidence/courage to (appropriately) challenge assumptions, coupled with a high level of professionalism and the sophistication and finesse to push through issues while maintaining relationships.
  • Be a logical, linear thinker, who doesn’t take things at face-value, but is also creative and can develop solutions which consider both facts and circumstances (form and substance, context and content).
  • Possess and demonstrate exceptional judgment, self-management, impeccable ethics, and a high degree of personal and professional maturity.
  • Be results oriented; views obstacles as opportunities, tenacious.
  • Be resourceful, thrive is a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
  • Be curious, a continuous learner and a student of our business, human resources and HR technology and regulations to both maintain current knowledge.
