Mythic's technology is based upon an entirely new hybrid digital/analog flash calculation using 8-bit non-volatile memory arrays which has been under development since 2012. This step change in performance brings in a range of new applications in a broad array of verticals, including safety and security, autonomous vehicles, VR/AR, robotics, and media.

About the role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our People team. This person will be responsible for a wide range of recurring operational duties ranging across a variety of initiatives including but not limited to onboarding, offboarding, and compliance. This person will be part of a foundational team to support the scale of the organization and their contributions will directly help the People team to uphold a strong employee experience. 


This role is intended to be a 5 month temporary position but may have the potential to be extended or converted to full time. This person will report directly to the company’s Manager, HR Operations. This role is open to remote candidates.

Here's what you will do:

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding logistics in tandem with the Office Ops and IT teams
  • Maintain the company’s HRIS, including processing new hires and tracking all employment related changes for current employees
  • Process all new hire paperwork, including I-9 verifications and e-verify
  • Respond to employment verification requests
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment, and benefits laws and regulations
  • Assist with various audits, including ISO9001, 401K, and Worker’s Compensation
  • Assist with completing annual compensation surveys
  • Put together material for monthly Company All Hands
  • Coordinate logistics of monthly roundtables with members of the leadership team
  • Participate in special projects as they arise

Here’s the background we hope you have:

  • 1+ years in an HR Coordinator position or similar role
  • A customer service mindset Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven track record in the following areas:
  • Being self-driven
  • Detailed-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Data accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects and work assignments
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretionBonus points if you have experience working within Paylocity

For Colorado Only: Minimum salary of $55,000 + equity + benefits. Disclosure as required by sb19-085 (8-5-201) of the minimum salary.
