The Talent Experience Manager leads the team responsible for full cycle operations and benefits support to Spredfast + Lithium's global team. We are seeking a self-starter with a passion for innovative solutions, demonstrated experience driving compliance and processes improvements, and enthusiasm for learning new things.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead the team responsible for providing day to day support for the employee lifecycle, including on/off boarding, employee benefits, HR policies, and other people programs
  • Oversee the administration of Spredfast + Lithium's global benefit programs in accordance with market practice and statutory regulations. Programs include but are not limited to medical, dental, vision, life, disability, transit benefits, leaves, time off plans, FSA, HSA, EAP, COBRA and 401(k)
  • Engages with external legal counsel to administer immigration and visa requirements
  • Works collaboratively with key stakeholders across the organization including payroll, finance, legal, and other key stakeholders responsible for compliance efforts
  • Oversees the maintenance of HR policies and procedures, including the employee handbook. Identifies opportunities to streamline processes and procedures across multiple entities, as necessary
  • Oversees the administration of the organization's HR System of Record, including the daily utilization of the system and maintenance of all employee records
  • Provides reporting and analysis of complex data related to Spredfast + Lithium's global workforce
  • Supports the development of strategies affecting Spredfast + Lithium's global culture, specifically, promoting employee productivity, employee satisfaction, and contributing towards the organization's status as a best-in-class employer
  • Completes special projects, as directed, and provides regular reports regarding progress to internal stakeholders

Who You Are

• Must possess a strong knowledge base of proven HR practices, processes and programs, including federal and state statutory requirements

• Can handle multiple projects without compromising the quality or the details

• A working knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and vendor relations

 • Able to communicate clearly with others while also making them feel understood and heard • Excited about rolling up your sleeves and doing whatever it takes to get the job done

• Able to work collaboratively across all levels of the company and with external vendors

• Experience with a wide variety of systems and tools (e.g. Sagepeople, ADP, Google Suite, Excel, Powerpoint, Word)

• 5+ years previous people operations and benefits management experience in a complex, fast paced environment
