Overview
We’re looking for a talented Learning and Development Manager to join our People Operations team. People are the driving force of success at LegalZoom and we’re building the team that drives our growth and shapes our culture. If you’re someone who is passionate about learning and development and creating an exciting and meaningful onboarding experience, we want to talk to you.

You will
· Oversee the onboarding of our new employees
· Facilitate an engaging New Hire Orientation weekly
· Partner with the People Operations team and business leaders to ensure new employee programs drive our values, mission, and vision
· Support the implementation of key talent initiatives across all aspects of our organization related to career growth and employee development
· Work with subject matter experts to design and write engaging training content to meet learning outcomes
· Design, create, and maintain facilitation guides and materials to support training
· Assist in conducting learning needs assessments and program evaluations
· Leverage the LMS and other resources to enhance on-demand learning and course offerings

You have
· 4+ years of experience in Learning and Development and HR
· Excellent virtual presentation and in-person workshop delivery skills
· Proficiency in instructional design technologies
· Ability to navigate ambiguity and work in a fast-paced environment
· Experience in the technology industry strongly preferred
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience) required
