Overview

Khoros is now seeking a strategic Manager, Talent Engagement (Manager, HR Business Partner), to lead the team responsible for partnering with Khoros leaders in crafting and delivering HR programs and activities to Khoros’ global workforce.

Some Responsibilities Include:

  • Leads a group of US based Talent Engagement Partners to create and drive human capital strategy, in alignment with overall business strategy
  • Provides leadership coaching and expertise to assigned business groups on ways to maximize the utilization of talent resources. 
  • Collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence (COE's) to deliver HR services and solutions in line with function or business unit strategy (Talent Acquisition, Leadership Development, Talent Development, Total Rewards)
  • Utilizes data to identify trends and diagnose organizational effectiveness issues. Influences leaders to implement changes needed to improve functional performance and increase employee engagement
  • Develops comprehensive change management strategies to guide the function from current to future state
  • Analyzes positions and organizational design and makes recommendations based on talent capabilities
  • Leads the development and application Khoros’s talent management and succession planning initiatives

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Organizational Development or similar field from an accredited college or university; or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as an HR Business Partner, or equivalent, with specific experience in people strategy development, organizational design, talent management and change management in an international, fast-paced, high change business environment
  • Ability to lead and mentor a team of HR professionals
  • Proven ability to proactively translate changing business objectives to effective HR strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, group, process and influence skills
  • Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, statutes, etc
