Due to hyper growth within REX, the Recruiting Team is looking to bring on an experienced and hard working Recruiter to join our team. We are looking for self-motivated individuals with a passion to identify and connect top talent to fill a multitude of roles on the Sales & Operations side. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Partner with Sales & Operations hiring managers to define recruiting needs
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle to include sourcing, assessing, and delivering a high quality and diverse talent pool to hiring managers. Monitors mix of sourcing strategies to assure diverse applicant flow.
  • Source highly skilled talent within a highly competitive recruiting landscape
  • Define, develop, and execute REX’s recruitment strategy 
  • Contribute to REX’s effort of redefining recruitment processes of employer branding, social media, revamping job descriptions and the candidate experience
  • Collaborate with your recruiting team members on a daily basis
  • Actively participate in team meetings through demonstration of business/functional knowledge and effective talent evaluation

What You Need:

  • Minimum of 3 years of full cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record recruiting across all business units
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
  • Strong communication skills and an ability to quickly build rapport with stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and execute recruiting strategy including employer brand promotion
  • Experience developing creative strategy/sourcing techniques to uncover passive candidates and fill difficult positions, including proactive phone and internet research
  • The ability to multitask and prioritize deliverables accordingly
  • Works well in high volume, fast paced environment with rapidly changing priorities and at times, high ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Prior experience working in a startup environment preferred
  • Experience recruiting for Sales, Customer Service and Account Management roles a plus
  • Flexibility, self-direction, motivation, and an ability to effectively communicate with employees and management at all levels
