Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between REX and job candidates.
• Support the REX recruiting team and hiring managers throughout the entire recruiting cycle, including:
  • Creating and posting job requisitions on various job boards
  • Scheduling Virtual and Onsite Interviews 
  • Assist with onsite candidate coordination
  • Assist in managing candidate pipeline
  • Creating offer letters and sending them to candidates
• Monitor and respond to Recruiting emails, escalating any issues as deemed necessary
• Participating in Recruiting events
• Perform other related duties as needed

What You Need:

• BA/BS
• 2+ year of recruiting coordinator experience
• Strong customer service focus and attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and oral skills
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
