REX is looking to hire an experienced Recruiting Coordinator to help support our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will assist with a variety of functions to include scheduling candidate interviews, onboarding new hires, creating and sending offer letters plus so much more. What You'll Do:

  • Act as the primary liaison between REX and job applicants
  • Provide support to the REX Recruiting team, as well as, interact and effectively communicate with hiring managers and candidates including:
    • Posting job requisitions on various job boards
    • Scheduling virtual and onsite interviews 
    • Assist with onsite candidate coordination
    • Assist in managing candidate pipeline
    • Creating offer letters and sending them to candidates
  • Monitor and respond to recruiting emails, escalating any issues as deemed necessary
  • Timely follow-up and follow-through, thoroughness in work product and attention to detail
  • Assists with identifying issues affecting recruitment/onboarding and collaborates with Recruiting team to help improve processes.
  • Participate in recruiting events
  • Complete other duties and projects as assigned

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience as a Recruiting Coordinator in a fast-paced, start-up type atmosphere
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field or equivalent experience 
  • Prior experience with ATS management preferred
  • Strong customer service focus and attention to detail
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • High degree of confidentiality and the ability to work independently
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to change quickly
